Q. How much will it cost to retrieve my car?
A.
- Light Duty Cars, 1/2 tons etc (not exceeding 4,540kg):
Towing = $ 71.20 + GST, Storage = $ 14.50, + GST - Vehicles that exceed the weight of 4,540kg:
Towing = $ 159.20 + GST, Storage = $ 32.60 + GST - An additional $29.50 will apply if the vehicle is dollied/decked
- An additional $29.50 applies if the vehicle is winched from the parking area
Vehicles towed and “IMPOUNDED” for 30, 60, 90 days or longer are covered by legislation and you should call for pricing and release criteria.
Note: All Storage charges increase daily.
Q. What do I need to bring with me to retrieve my car?
A. For Vehicles towed for Parking Violations or from Private Property you will need Photo I.D., Drivers License and payment.
For Vehicles towed by the Winnipeg Police Service or RCMP you will need additional documents and it is best to call and confirm what you need to bring with you to secure the release of your vehicle.
Q. I was parked downtown, where can I find my car?
- If your vehicle was towed off of Private Property i.e. from an Apartment Block, Strip Mall, etc. it will be at 75 Lowson Cres off Kenaston Blvd.
- If your vehicle was "Impounded" or "Towed" by the "Winnipeg Police Service", "RCMP" or another "Law Enforcement" Agency for one of many reasons i.e. Impaired, Suspended , Unlicensed, Driver or for being Unregistered, Unsafe, Uninsured, Abandoned, Criminal Investigation or Other Driving Offenses your vehicle will be at 75 Lowson Cres off Kenaston Blvd.

Q. Someone is parked in my parking spot. Can you remove it?
A. In order for you to have a vehicle towed from private property you need to be in compliance with the City of Winnipeg Private Parking By Law # 6549/95.
Certain conditions such as proper signage apply. Our firm requires individuals wanting to have vehicles towed from their property to provide us with specific information and establish a "Password” to ensure that the individual calling is authorized to request the tow.
